How CCI Social Monitoring and Clinic Competitive Intelligence (CCI) collect, use, store, and protect data.
CCI Social Monitoring is a feature of Clinic Competitive Intelligence (CCI), a competitive-intelligence platform built by Fifth Element Agency Co., Ltd. CCI helps aesthetic-clinic operators monitor publicly available competitor business content, detect meaningful change, and convert market movement into actionable intelligence.
The service may collect and process information that you provide directly, such as account credentials, workspace identifiers, and configuration preferences. In addition, the Facebook/Meta integration is designed to retrieve publicly available data from public Facebook Pages through the official Meta Graph API.
When the Facebook integration is enabled and Meta grants the applicable access, CCI Social Monitoring may access the following categories of public data from public Facebook Pages:
This integration is intended for reading and analyzing publicly available content from public Facebook Pages that the customer does not own or manage. Once Meta grants the applicable Page Public Content Access, the intended competitor-monitoring feature does not require ownership or admin access to the target Pages.
CCI Social Monitoring is not designed to collect private messages, private profiles, unpublished Page content, Page Insights, or admin-only information. If the Meta API does not expose such data publicly, CCI does not collect it.
Data collected through CCI is used for the following purposes:
Data is stored using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Access to stored data is restricted to personnel and systems with a legitimate operational need. While we strive to protect data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
CCI retains data for as long as the customer account is active and as needed to provide the service. Retention periods may vary based on customer configuration, legal obligations, and operational needs. Customers may request data deletion in accordance with Section 8.
CCI relies on third-party service providers for infrastructure, hosting, and related operational functions. These processors are contractually obligated to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy standards. Information obtained from Meta APIs is subject to applicable Meta Platform Terms and policies.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
CCI is a business-to-business service intended for professional use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
