Data Deletion

1. Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of personal and account data associated with CCI Social Monitoring and Clinic Competitive Intelligence (CCI). This covers data controlled by Fifth Element Agency Co., Ltd. as a data controller.

2. What This Deletion Request Covers

A verified deletion request will cover personal and account data you provided to CCI, including but not limited to:

• Account credentials and profile information.
• Workspace configurations and preferences.
• Data generated by your use of CCI features that is not required to be retained for legal or security purposes.

3. What This Does NOT Cover

CCI Social Monitoring may collect publicly available Facebook Page content for competitive-intelligence purposes. Public third-party Facebook Page content accessed through the Meta Graph API originates from public sources. It should not be misrepresented as your private Facebook data. A deletion request does not remove public content that was already publicly available on Facebook or other platforms.

4. How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request deletion, follow these steps:

1. Send a message to Fifth Element Agency via one of the contact methods below.
2. Identify yourself by providing the email address associated with your CCI account and, if applicable, your workspace identifier or organization name.
3. State clearly that you are requesting deletion of your personal data and account data from CCI Social Monitoring / CCI.
4. Await confirmation. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. What to Include in Your Request

To help us process your request efficiently, please include:

• The email address used to register or log in to CCI.
• The name of your workspace or clinic, if applicable.
• A brief description of the data you want deleted.

6. What Happens After Your Request

Once we verify your identity and confirm the request, we will delete or anonymize the covered data from our active systems, subject to legal and security retention obligations. Some data may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period before permanent removal. We will confirm completion of the deletion where feasible.

7. Retention Obligations

Certain data may need to be retained to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or security requirements. These retention obligations are not waived by a deletion request. We will retain such data only for as long as required and then delete it in accordance with our standard procedures.

8. No Automated Deletion Callback

CCI does not currently provide an automated data-deletion callback or self-service deletion portal. Deletion requests must be submitted manually through the contact methods below. We process requests on a verified, per-request basis.
